ONLINE COACHING

What is online coaching? Online coaching the opportunity to receive professional support through a computer or mobile device—a tablet, iPad, or smartphone. You also need a good internet connection. Clients find it easier and more convenient, and it can save you lots of time.

If you feel like you require that extra bit of support, online coaching is for you. I now offer a range of online coaching packages to suit you are your budget. Packages include:

Weekly check ins - mode of your choice and frequency depending on level of coaching.

Personalised dietary guidance from a HCPC Registered Dietitian - note I do not offer meals plans, instead I give you knowledge and autonomy

Personalised fitness guidance - a full assessment is taken, including a 1:1 session where I see how you move and check for any muscle imbalances and poor technique. This also helps me determine if you require input from a physiotherapist, or any other health professional before you start.

Unlimited access to your plan and resources via your client portal and hub.

1. What is the Online Hub?

An exclusive Online Hub where you will have access to workouts, blog posts, recipes, up-to-date nutrition and exercise guidance, and much more. Every time new content is uploaded, you will be emailed notify you to its location in the Online Hub.

Access is dependent on your level of subscription.

2. What does unlimited access mean?

Once payment has been made, you be invited to join the Online Hub group assigned to your subscription. You will then have access to all the content available to your subscription group. Most of the content can be downloaded to your device. Access to the Online Hub will be stopped when you cancel your subscription, so you will not get access to new content.

3. How are the recipes provided?

Recipes are provided in a PDF or online format that can be saved to your device.

4. What is included in the strength and training plan?

Exercises for home based and gym based workouts (plan dependant)

Clear instructions on how to follow the plan

A video clip of how to perform each exercise

Accessible from your phone and you can keep for life
